Who are our investors?

REIT Investment Group investors meet all regulatory tax and securities requirements. We maintain a large investor base. REIT Investment Group is familiar with our investors, which gives us the ability to quickly respond to an offering.

Role of the Shareholder

• A REIT must have 100 or more shareholders after its first taxable year
• Preferred shares are purchased for $1,000 with an annual dividend
• Each shareholder will own one share of preferred stock in the REIT
• The investor will have the opportunity to purchase stock in multiple REIT offerings

All of our investors are United States citizens. Our administrative procedures address all Patriot Act issues.
